I tried for this at the begining of the week,and my address came up as already on their database,so I contacted them,and here is their reply.

Thank you for your email to me. Unfortunately the prize draw you have entered has finished. This is a fault on our behalf, and we would like to honour your free sample of the Jetstream pen. Please can you reply to this email with your mailing address, and we can get it sent out to you!

I did as they asked and my great pen arrived this morning.

I e-mailed them to say i had not received mine, within an hour they had got back to me saying :

I am very sorry that you have not received your free sample as promised by the Website. This problem has been bought to our attention and it is under investigation. Please can you be so kind as to reply to this with your mailing address, and I will gladly send you out your Free Jetstream!
