Hi All,

Has anyone had any experience with the above company? I recieved what I wouold describe as a compliments sized bit of paper stating that they would be coming to my property on 2-3 august 2010 and I was to contact them asap. I called them (probs not the right thing to do) and they told me it was in regards to a payday loan (another stupid thing) I had taken out with Wage day advance and failed to pay. I am waiting on a cheque to clear and will be paying it off in full next week. (didnt tell them this but that is what I will be doing)

What do I do with them now?? Do I now have to deal wth them or directly with Wage day advance?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks

Tell them the truth that you'll be paying when your cheque clears....can't really see what advice you're looking for here??

Thank you for your reply (how helpful) My question was do I deal directly with them or with Wage day Advance? I would rather pay the orignal company the money I owe them, rather than this company. I havent been in this situation before and I was only looking for advice not a sarcastic comment

But you have defaulted on your payday loan!!

How do you know how much you owe??

Are you just going to send a cheque for the amount in the agreement only go into a hissy fit when you find out you owe much more??

Your debt has been passed on to this debt recovery company so you will have already incurred a merry bunch of charges.

Did you thunk this through properly???

I am aware that I have defaulted on a loan, I didnt require that to be spelled out. I was only asking for advice on who exactly to deal with. I havent been in this situation before. I thought these forums were for advice and help. Not for 2 people to jump on you and imply that I am stupid.

I hope one day Apples that you will not find yourself in a bad situation and you ask for genuine advice from people, I hope you get it and dont take the crap I have for asking a question. I may seem stupid to you for taking a payday loan out, but it was for an emergency which I will not divulge with you as I am sure there will be another bout of abuse from it. I appreciate the "effort" you have taken to reply.

Sounds like you have a lot more issues going on than just this problem.

    Good luck.
