OS sore throat cure!
Am newish to the site and am currently suffering from the most horrendous sore throat. I have tried the usual trick of gargling with warm salt water and while it helps a bit, it isn't really doing the trick. So I went onto google and have found a lot of sites that say gargling with warm water and cayenne pepper really help a sore throat...
As I am in agony anyway and as none of the ridiculously expensive throat sweets etc. I have seem to work I am going to give it a go.:D
Just wondering if any of you have either tried it or have any other cures that I could try.
Wish me luck!

Hi snow_flake,
Welcome to MSE.
I'm sorry to hear about your sore throat, but unfortunately we we aren't allowed to give or ask for medical advice on these forums.....please see the forum team post here for more details, so I'm afraid I'm going to have to close this thread.
