I'm not even sure if this is how you spell it, my boyfriend went mad for some of this in the bad weather, has had a very small amount out and left it in the cupboard. Its still in date and fine, so I wondered if there is anything I can make with it, any suggestions?
Also, I have noticed a blackberry bush in our street :T but I just don't have the time to make jam and there is only me that would eat it, but I was wondering, could I make muffins with them?

For the ready brek you could put some into crumble mix to give a nice oaty taste, or use it in flapjacks. I don't know if blackberries would go in muffins as they go really juicy but you could make a crumble with them and use the RB in the topping!!!Jane

I wasn't sure if I could use the RB in flapjacks as its much finer than oats isn't it...haven't eaten it since a small child so not even sure!0

As it happens I made some banana and blackberry muffins this evening. Definitely use blackberries in muffins, they are gorgeous! Just use them instead of say raspberries or blueberries or whatever! Yummy...0
