Help!! Stuck in financial mud.....
debtrescue?
In a nutshell, my husband is self-employed and has been for a number of years. I work, and we are working desparately hard to get back on our feet. We are in a DMP with CCCS, and have suffered over the last couple of years with lack of work in the building industry etc etc. We are currently paying a mortgage, and secured loan and the secured loan is for about a third of the amount of the mortgage, but we are paying almost as much in repayments!! We really need to re-mortgage, to consolidate those two amounts to make a lower monthly payment. Our aforementioned circumstances don't help and we are just about treading water to pay all our bills monthly. I have trawled the internet looking for help, and have spoken to a couple of companies - I can almost hear them laughing down the phone when I explain our situation!! Our LTV for the re-mortgage would be approx 75%. We are just trying to make life slightly easier. Help anyone???

Have you spoken to CCCS recently re your dmp? maybe you need to pay less into the dmp and concentrate more on your secured debts?
Perhaps if you post an SOA (statement of affairs) people can see if they can spot any solutions for you.

if you fill that it and post it here but you might need to delete the bit that says - recreated with permission from makesense of cards for it to let you post it here as you are new user and you won't have permission to include links yet.Making my money go further with MSE :j
