Henry Hoover spare part?

I've had a Henry 'hound' for about the last 6 years or so, but I came to use it yesterday and the hose part keeps coming out of the hoover, it looks like a part of the green tube has broken off (see photo).
It's very annoying as you cannot pull the hoover along when using it as it keeps coming out.
I tried super glueing it in, but is didn't work and has come out again.
Does anyone know if it's possible to get this part as a spare, I don't even know what the part is called.

Thanks, the part looks the same, but my model number is HHR200-2, and it doesn't say that it fits this one, so not sure.
I've tried my local vacuum spares shop, but he cannot get this part for this model (only bags & filters).I Hate Jobsworths!!!0 -
