    To OP. I have to agree with all of the above, have seen and heard this so many times on this site, people are only here to help and you should take heed.

    Everyone wishes you well. If you have £600 to spare each month start paying stuff off and if that is the case then in 3 months you should be able to afford your Ipad cash :?

  • I am here to take heed I know I've made mistakes but I can't do that.

    The spare cash is going straight onto debts and I should easily have cleared it all in a few years.

    No I did not lie about my mortgage, I put a very large deposit on the property and added a few extra thousand with a short term loan to increase my deposit to get a better interest rate!

    My financial situation is changing cos for the first time in 2 both my partner and I are bringig in a secure and steady income.
