Advice on getting a new Car while on a CCCS DMP

Hi
I'm currently on a DMP with CCCS. We live out in the country and really need a new car to get to work etc. (no public transport).
Does anyone have any good advice on how we can get a new car.
Thanks

Depending how much your DMP is you could try and get them to lower the payments for a couple of months to free up a few hundred to get a car with, but it'd only be if there's really no other option for transport.Unless I say otherwise 'you' means the general you not you specifically.0

I would say this is one of those instances when borrowing from a family member can be a total lifesaver.I refuse to be afraid of the big bad wolf, spiders, or debt collection agencies; one of them's not real and the other two are powerless without my fear.
(Ok, one of them is powerless, spiders can be nasty.)
As of the last count I have cleared [STRIKE]23.16%[/STRIKE] 22.49% of my debt.
