50th Birthday Theme

Im hoping to have a 50th birthday party in November. I'm just wondering whether to make it fancy dress or themed, anyone any ideas?

How about a decade theme - like the 60s?

A country theme (England?), sports, nautical?

Alternatively you could have a Pop Star party - my cousin did this and it was really funny. Guests ranged from the Blues Brothers to Avril Lavigne!

  • Fancy Dress is always a winner, everyone gets to choose their own style and promises a variety of surprises!

I took the photos so I am not actually in any of them! Just all my crazy friends/family...
