Hi. I am looking for the glass stones that go on top of a grave. Does anyone know where they can be bought from - cheaply?! We have checked out a few companies that deal in headstones/graves etc and they are so expensive. We only need a few as it is just for a top-up!! Thanks.
I like my money right where I can see it - hanging in my closet.;)

  • Have you tried any of the 'cheap' shops, in the homewares dept. They are usually around the candles, dried flowers, etc aisle. I got some coloured ones and put them around my large potplants outside and they look lovely and have weathered o.k. Or you could try some of the large home stores, in their garden part where you can buy shingle, fancy stones, etc.

Good idea! We did try B&Q but they didn't have any but haven't tried Homebase yet.
    Thanks.:money:

I have purchased glass stones from Morrisons in the past for school projects. Might be worth a look there if you have one local

The poundshop decorative stuff for filling vases etc may be too small for external use.

Try suppliers of decorative garden aggregates eg here here
A kind word lasts a minute, a skelped erse is sair for a day.
  • Some of the florists now do small 'decorative' items for graves so perhaps they might do the glass stones as well.
