bagged vs bagless vacuum?

Hi all
I'm still trying to decide on my new vacuum cleaner. I've always had a bagless, but now I'm thinking of getting the Miele or a Sebo (or the Henry!) and all are bagged.
So I wanted to ask if they are better than the bagless versions? How often you you need to change them? (ie if its a weekly thing perhaps it'll work out too expensive for me in the long run). Thank you!

hi
it depends how much you vac! seriously, i have had both and prefer the bagless.
depends on the size of bag too, although you can re-use the bags (sorry if i'm telling u things u already know!)
can empty into the bin then reseal the ends, this works for quite a few times to cut costs.
dont think dyson are worth the money though , not now all the other brands are doing a bagless one?0 -
Thank you! I have only had a Dyson and before that lived at home so I didn't do any of that sort of thing LOL!
The Miele had a big bag as I recall, thanks I'll look into reusing bags to see if thats possible. As for the amount of hoovering we do- not too much as most of the house is tilled/laminate, only the bedrooms and lounge are carpetted and we have no pets.July Win: Nokia 58000
