Spares for Bush Steamer?

Im not too sure if this is the correct thread to post this on, if not perhaps someone could point me in the right direction.
I have a bush 3 tier electric steamer that is missing a part, I have tried online to find contact details for them but the last info i can find was that they were bought over by the Argos group a few years ago. I did try and email but am still awaiting a reply (shocking customer service if you ask me!)
Can anyone help me try and get hold of someone who wold deal with spare parts for bush goods, as I dont want to replace this for the sake of one small spare part.
