B&Q contact details?

This is now driving me mad- can anyone help?

I am trying to find the email address for B&Q, I tried submitting a question online but every time I do I get a pop-up box asking me if I want to 'find' 'save' or 'cancel' the information page. Having tried all 3 I still get nowhere. The 'find' results in "page cannot be found" "save" I'd rather not do- why do I need to save details on my harddrive? and cancel just stops the pop-ups and leaves me with the question page.

Aggggghhhh!

Cannot find an email addy online via google and no I do not have a phone I can use.

Anyone have an email address? Or should I take the hint an shop elsewhere- maybe its an omen.

Are you sure there's not a problem with your Browser? I just tried submitting a dummy general query, hit the 'Submit' button, and got "Your enquiry has been submitted and we will contact you as soon as we can".

I doubt there's an email address, companies like this tend to force you to use their online forms.

Just tried it on Chrome, had been using IE and have the same problem.

Annoying! But thanks for checking for me.

I would normally advise you to call them, but their customer service is c**p! I tried ringing my local B&Q, 5 times on Sunday....someone would answer the phone and then hang up, or just not talk and i would be able to hear them talking to other people in the backgroud and just seem to forget i was there. Very rude!
