    Hi Froggy sorry to hear about your predicament, I think they are going to do some "streamlining" and "process reviews" in my office too, I recently read "who moved my cheese" it's on youtube it doesn't give you direct answers but it sort of helps with the overall aspect of it. Keep your head up and I hope you find something soon.
