Hi Froggy
Sorry I haven't been by in an age. Sounds like you are still doing well.
We made the mistake of preparing for snow and considering swapping to winter tires- it hasn't stopped raining since
I hadn't even considered cashback for tires.2019 fashion on a ration 0/66 coupons0 -

Morning all!
First of all, happy new year to all my fellow MFW's and very best wishes for 2013! :j:j
I had a good new year's eve with friends... Was in bed by 2.30am.. I think I am getting old
Bank accounts reconciled this morning and looks like there was a bit of an overspend over xmas which will have to be covered by TCB, £co and xmas money.. In real terms, that means that it is unlikely there will be any significant addition to the pot comes the end of January..
I also need to make sure I reach £3600 in the pot by 10th March to get the interest paid on my 8% FD saver..
In addition, I need to budget for the following:
2 new tyres 130.00
Ferry to France 373.00
MOT 39.00
Car service 249.00
Car tax 130.00
Total 921.00
Clearly, the above money, I currently not have and I don't intend to use my savings for it.. There should be an additional £50 comes April, due to increase in personal allowance.. I should get a small payrise in March along with annual bonus.. It's going to be tight, but I am sure I will make it.. Oh, there's also no council tax in February & March..
Last night dinner was yummy.. Chicken with a bacon & leek creamy peppercorn sauce with parmentier potatoes.. Lush
Cheers

I have been really busy tonight.. My whole place is clean & tidy (well almost).. GG must have sent her paperwork Gremlins  as the pile is growing out of control..
A bit of ironing awaits, but don't worry Tilly, I will shortly get onto that..
I had a good day at work in the end.. I was expecting it to be very busy, but it wasn't, so I ended tying up loose ends that I had meant to do a while ago.. I am sure it will get busy soon..
So, I feel in control.. Xmas overspend will be managed and I will soon be back on the right track to achieve my goals..
