    Thanks for your kind comments..
    Summary as follows:

    -Cleared £25k + of debts
    -Bought house up North 6 months before the economic crash at inflatuated price..
    - Borrowed 102% of value of property on a Norther R0ck variable rate :eek::eek:
    -Back garden turned into swimming pool multiple times (not wished for :o)
    -Split up with wife
    -Got made redundant
    -Got awful job
    -Moved away from the area and then 200 miles South
    - Sold property with a total loss of £20K
    - Got new job
    ... But most of all got fantastic advice here, and made some great friends!
