Taking out a 2nd loan

Hello I currently have a 10k loan which I have been paying for nearly 6 months no late payments at all. with a well known bank. I still have some of the money left but have run in to a few problems. I am wanting to take out a 2nd loan so I can pay for a mortgage advisory course and get myself a car. Im looking for about 4-5k which I wish I had taken out extra with my bank. I am not a home owner and have been in my current job for about 4 months now. I rang the bank I have my current loan with and they aren't prepared to give me any more funds although I think if I had wanted 15k to start with they would have given me it. Just wondered if anyone knew of any companies that would be prepared to lend me the money. My take home salary is about £1000 a month and Im currently living with my girlfriend. I have worked since school and I'm currently 23. Any ideas?
