Asda wrong price...voucher?

Hi, i've just been overcharged by £1 on a 'reduced' item, do Asda still operate the £2 gift voucher for mistakes..?

And you really have to ask for it. At the Asda I go to they deny the existence of it and say it is up to individual managers!0

most weeks my asda bill is wrong and last week was the first time i was given a £2 gift card...i asked if this was a new thing as i'd never had one before and the lady said no and that she always gave them. I shall ask next time theres an error on my receipt if they dont give me one.0

I always have to ask for mine. Then they say oh I was just about to give you one. Yeah right, after you have said sorry and here's the difference and walked away.0
