i have been approached by clearview and also a company who can supposedly pay off my credit card due to changes it law and legislation which optiion do i go for?????

I'm assuming these people will charge for this service and think you may be better looking on the nationaldebtline website, consumer credit counselling website or contacting your local citizens advice, as these companies are free and provide debt help and advice. You could also post your Statement of Affairs to see if you can save money and get additional advice.If you've nothing decent to say, perhaps you shouldn't say anything.
