Wireless Printer - which should i buy??

Was in Tesco today and noticed 2 printers on offer...

HP photosmart C4780 bundle (with some extra ink) at £79.97
and
Lexmark S405 for £59.99 (although when i look on tesco online it says 415 so not sure if it is the same one)

I tried to compare the prices for replacement ink and not a huge difference in tesco, but may be able to find cheaper online.

Any recommendations as to reliability, quality and which use less ink on average? Or suggestions of others.

Cant afford more than £80 really and will be used mainly for printing reports/essays etc in black and white. Occasional use for photos and colour e.g. tickets etc. Must be wireless as only have a small flat. Be good if able to scan and copy.

Any thoughts will be welcome!

  • We have an HP photosmart and it works fine, HP ink is expensive, but you can get cheaper versions from various places. Buytech and Internet Ink spring to mind.
  • Hi. I'm also looking for a similar priced printer and came across the HP Photosmart Q8444B for £79.97 also at Tesco which has a few more features. It has quite good reviews. I just need to find out what ink it takes now!
