Is this a good deal?

My current mortgage reverts to the lenders SVR in October and the best new deal they can offer me is 3.49% above base rate.
I will be looking to borrow £52k with a LTV of about 50%. I have looked on the ING website and they can offer .9% off their SVR of 3.5% (hence 2.6%) for two years without any fee.
I cannot seem to find a better deal elsewhere without having to fork out the thick end of a grand in fees, which would not be worth it for only two years. Has anyone got a mortgage with ING? Any good? Any hidden charges to look out for?
Thanks in advance for any advice.

As an existing customer of ING, you would be hard to beat this by moving elsewhere. Suggest you use the "saving" to pay down your mortgage.0

Just got a quote and their lending criteria is rather tight, I had hoped to borrow it over 17 years but becasue I have car HP of £140 a month (no other debt) they are insisting on 20 years minimum.
My income is £20k a year.Current MFD 1st July 2026
