It's my Son's birthday on Saturday, and I'm attempting to make him a castle cake. The cakes currently in the freezer, and ideally I need to begin the icing tonight or tomorrow, as I don't have much spare time towards the end of the week. I'm using sugar paste, will it be ok to start now?

Yes as long as it is properly sealed... It could infact keep for longer! - but in this heat who knows.

i sent a sugarpaste covered cake to france once. it got there a week later and was still yummy aparently!!It only takes a second to say 'Thanks, you just saved me a few quid!'
