Was the CCJ for £479?

yes - £479, it's not as though we are talking mega bucks here
think it was 20060 -
You might just sneak in some lenders who have a criteria of £500 for a CCJ/default.
You need to find one that will be happy with affordability according to THEIR calculations.
You will need to find a lender happy with the timescales of the CCJ.
You will definitely have options, but I would suggest going via a broker to make sure you do not apply to the wrong lenders and harm your application further.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it. Hi all
I took the advice given and went through a broker - I now have an offer from Natwest and remortgage is proceeding.
Also, as a bonus, Nationwide refunded my £99 product fee even though they said this was non-refundable if declined.
Thanks for the helpful advice everyone0
