Template Letter Advice

I am currently on a DMP and would like to take over the management of this myself, is there a template letter on MSE to send asking the companies I owe if they will deal with a self managed DMP?

Sorry if this is posted in the wrong place wasnt sure where to ask my question

    Hi

I don't know of a template for this.

But I would not ask whether they will deal with you, I think people usually just write to say that as of XX August 2010 you will be self-managing your DMP and could they please ensure that all future correspondance comes directly to you in writing. Remind them you won't deal with them by phone.

Then just say whether the pro-rata payment will be staying the same or increasing slightly (if its going to go down for any reason then you'll need to include a budget to show why).
