Carl Lewis Vibrating Machine thingymejig!!!

I have just bought (second hand) a Carl Lewis Vibrating machine, but unfortunately it didn't come with the booklet/manual. Has anyone got any idea of where I could find one, or if someone on here has one, I would be so grateful if they could email the instructions to me.
Thank you

Hi GemJar and thank you for replying. Yes! that is the machine advertised on Amazon. As you say, strangely it isnot listed on the Carl Lewis website. I have emailed the customer support, but it was returned. I have searched everywhere, and my last hope was to the Forum, someone usually always comes up trumps!

Not sure if it helps as I have never used the model you have, but I use the Powerplate at my gym a few days a week, the general idea is to hold all the tension in your core- concerntrate on your abs and holding your posture and belly in. Then you can do just about anything- all be it slower and with the emphasis on getting the exercise as perfect as you can rather then as many reps or any speed.

If it helps maybe try asking the CL website for booklets on what exercises to try.

Or is the problem that you are not sure how the machine works rather then what to try on it?
