Round by me at the moment rents seem to have gone up, but then again theres only one flat to rent in the area, where my house i let out is.

I don't get this. Last time there was a shortage of buyers, owners who couldn't sell put their properties up for rent, pushing rents down. What is the difference this time?0

It claims a 4 bed house in Fulham is c£1300/month, up from c £1150.

most private landlords dont rent to people on housing benefit, i know people say peoples circumstances change with employment, but not many private landlords entertain people on housing benefit.0
