Tried about 20 times to sign-up but keep getting errors on site (mysql or blank page) am just about to give up, but will probably try again lol0

I've done the consultation but it just brings up a list of products I can buy that it thinks are suitable - I can't see anything about free samples - it gave me a survey but that didn't have anything on it either :-/0

That seems to be a link to let you join their forum though, I don't think it should affect whether you get your samples.0 -

I found that I couldn't register when using windows explorer I kept getting four numbers in the top LHS however had no problems whatsoever using firefox. HTHSave money on toiletries: no new/duplicate items until I've used up all existing supplies
