Allocation Questionnaire received - what next?

Hello all,
I am in the process of defendinga CCJ based on the fact that the creditor has not fully complied under the CCA1974 (no statement of account was sent, no T&C's received either).
Since filing the defence I have received an allocation questionnaire from the Court to be returned by 2 August.
From what I can gather, this means that a date for a hearing will then be set, but does this mean that the creditor is definately pursuing it - what happens if they fail to turn up? I haven't heard anything from them since I filed the defence.
Thanks for any help.
Loopy
