Terms and Conditions:

1. Offer open to mainland UK residents aged 18 and over, except employees (and their families) of the promoter and its affiliate companies, their agencies and anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. To participate entrants must have purchased stickered promotional packs of BIC 3 razors between 1st July & 30th September 2010 and registered their valid 8 digit unique code.
3. Participants must have entered a valid eight digit unique code to go in the prize draw for the Top Gun experience and multi-choice experience prizes. Participants who enter two valid eight digit unique codes also qualify for a free experience voucher which they download from the promotional website www.bigbicshave.co.uk as well as automatically being entered into the prize draw.
4. The last allowed web entry is midnight on 30th September.
5. Prizes consist of:

9. All offers are subject to availability, some activity venues are open at certain times of year.
10. Minimum age and height restrictions may apply at some venues. Please check at the time of booking if there are any special clothing requirements.
11. Only one entry per person.
12. Winners of the Top Gun flight experience and Multi-choice Gift experience vouchers will be selected at random at the close of the campaign by an independent adjudicator. Winners will be contacted in writing about prize fulfilment within 28 days of the draw which will take place 6th October 2010. Winners will be required to post in their original till receipt (pre dated to their first online entry) to validate their claim and redeem their prize. Failure to do so within 7 days will lead to disqualification and another winner being drawn.
13. Winners will have their prize details or voucher posted to the address they provided when registering for the promotion. The judges' decision is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
14. To redeem Free Experience vouchers (detailed in point 5, section c) recipients must download a voucher from the promotional website and affix two different original stickers from packs of BIC 3 shavers featuring unique codes for validation. Failure to do so will result in vouchers being refused. Photocopied, forged, damaged or defaced vouchers or stickers will not be accepted. Details of the experiences are provided on the promotional website. To book, recipients contact the booking number, quoting their Bic Hair Raising Experience voucher number, with a choice of experiences and dates. Every effort will be made to provide selected experience but experiences are subject to availability at the time of booking and cannot be guaranteed.
15. Vouchers entitle the bearer to one free experience from the list in point 5 section B & C, at one of the participating venues. Any additional customers who want to accompany the voucher holder must pay the full price per activity/lesson (subject to availability). Multiple redemptions at the same venue by the same person are not allowed.
16. Entry to participating venues is subject to the terms and conditions of each relevant experience venue and entry is at the sole discretion of the experience venue manager or professional. Venues are empowered to refuse to supply the experience if the voucher holder's behaviour causes offence or the rules of the establishment are disregarded.
17. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither BIC UK limited nor their agents shall be liable for any loss, damage or injury whatsoever caused by matters relating to this offer.
18. By submitting their entry entrants will be deemed to have accepted these rules and agreed to allow the promoter to process and deal with the personal information that they supply for the purpose off administration and internal analysis.
19. The Promoter will not disclose any person's details to third parties unless required to do so by law.
20. No cash or other prize alternative available. However, BIC UK Limited reserves the right to substitute prizes for one of equal or greater value.
21. The promoter reserves the right to withdraw or change any part of this promotion at any time, without notice to participants if circumstances make this unavoidable.
22. The promoter's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
