consumer credit act

Hi everyone, Ive already asked this before on this forum, but nobody answered soooooo im asking again in case anybody can help. My Cahoot debt seems to have been passed through a few DCA's. Now im not sure who I should be paying. I know I need to write to ask for a copy of the signed credit agreement and copy of the deed of assignment. Do I need to quote the correct bit of the consumer credit act in my letter? If so, which part of the act do I quote? The only template I have seen (by Harrassed I think) quoted s.77 (1) for fixed sum credit. Now my credit is not fixed sum - its a credit card and flexible loan. Can anyone help?????
