SOA for single person on ESA

This person is depressed etc. He is a sterotypical benerfit claimant never paid the gas, electric or internet. Claimed all the crisis loans, benefit funds possible as well as a loan from providence!

He mother is worried about him (they are both alocohlics) sorry you don't complain about having no money then say 'I'm going out to get drunk and its not even 9:50am' on FB.

Anyways I have finally decided to try and help him (not that he will want help) he was even trying to get me to pay some of the bills. He thinks he has to pay evenything in one go.

I'll have him as single as he won't be adding his gf to this.

What amounts are being allowed for a single person? I know he will not cut back on things but I know first hand that you can include/up some allowances.
