Where to sell wedding dress

I got married last year and have now come to the desicion to sell my dress. It's sitting in my wardrobe taking up space as much as i love it i just don't need it anymore! I'm really struggling to find somewhere to sell it, i dont really want to pay to have it listed incase it doesn't sell. I've tried preloved but had no interest. I also have a veil, a hoop and tiara. Just wondered if anyone has any idea's of where i could sell it?
Thanks x

I think you are going to have to pay to advertise it whereever you try to sell it, unless you are trying to sell it for under £100, then a lot of classifieds dont charge?
Are you trying to sell it for too much? (don't mean to offend - just that people are more frugal with second hand dresses).
What sort of dress is it? Have you got good photos of it (essential!)
Have you considered Ebay?Why does nobody say Thank You anymore??:mad:Debt Free as of September 2011 :jSealed Pot 2009 number 334 - £100 Saved! yey!!Sealed Pot 2010 number 334 - £116.51 Saved! Yey!! YIPPEE!!0 -

is there nothing on mse for selling, or is it worth setting up a 'sticky' for people to put their frox on for fellow mse-ers...??

MSE doesn't like the selling/giving of items due to the necessary exchange of personal details.
I've fallen foul of this before when I've been trying to give stuff away...!
I think that Hitched and confetti might have for sale boards though? Why does nobody say Thank You anymore??:mad:Debt Free as of September 2011 :jSealed Pot 2009 number 334 - £100 Saved! yey!!Sealed Pot 2010 number 334 - £116.51 Saved! Yey!! YIPPEE!!0 -
Keep an eye on ebay - every couple of months they have a free listings weekend (just missed one unfortunately). Get your ad prepared and pounce when the time comes :-)0
