"ive just paid ripmeoff.com £69.50 for a loan and ive heard nothing from them am i being ripped off becose they said i would have the loan today and i ave bin in tuch wiv ma bank an they hav told me that the money has gon out can anyone help me"

i av de same probs..c i cud ov got a loan but de charjed me a 70lbs an i aint got it...respect bruvs...It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0
