Posted in BR section and have spoken to national debtline who have been great. Long story short was on DMP, got into more debt with payday loans and provident, I know not proud of it either but finally faced up to it and created a new and honest SOA which we can live on and now just await the paperwork etc to start afresh.
I know some people on here can be offish but from my point of view everyone is fantastic and BR for the moment isn't for me once again thank you all.

Glad you have found a solution that will work for you and have a budget you can manage.
Remember if you have an proper emergency in future rather than take on payday loans or similar, instead try to reduce your debt repayments for that month just to token payments (explaining what the emergency is and why you need to do this). Its not ideal but its better than taking on any more debts.
