unenforceability

Good Afternoon,

Me and a friend were trying to make some of her debts unenforcable.

She has sent off the cca request to all of her creditors.

One of the debts (catalogue debt) was sold to dca just before she sent the letters, so it was sent to the dca and they got back to her to say the letter was forwarded to the original catalogue comapny.
As far as she was concerned the debt was in dispute and until she got the credit agreement back she didnt need to take action on it.
But she had a letter this morning from the dca solicitor saying they will be taking further action today if she doesnt come up with a payment plan or pay off by today. Does this mean the debt isnt in dispute and they can take action?

Another debt (capital one credit card) was in dispute and again today has had a letter from a debt collection agency saying this needs to be sorted by 28th or they will send door step collectors.
Capital one replied with confirmation that they had a request for cca and would get back to her when they had it and would keep her informed.

So she thought these two debts were on hold but action is still being taken against her what can she do if anything?

Many Thanks

First one - send a letter to dca solics to say the debt is in dispute following your CCA request of X date, which DCA have not yet provided to you.

Second one - if this is the first time the DCA has contacted her - then probably this letter (or something similar) Account sold - whilst in Default of CCA Request
