How do I cancel Equifax??

Hiya ......... I got a copy of my credit file on one of those 30 day free trial things with Equifax ... but now I can't find on their site how to cancel it before they start taking payment (only did it last week so have plenty of time, just don't want to leave it til the last minute).

Anyone else done this and then cancelled online?

Thanks, Jo x

I can't remember where it is on their site but somewhere around the Contact pages etc there is a phone number. I rang them to cancel mine the day before payment was due & they were nice as pie.

You have to call them. You used to be able to do it through the website but seems you can't now.

Took my third attempt for them to cancel properly, so just make sure you get your confirmation email...if not ring them back straight away!

They are a pain to cancel, just keep ringing them.

You have to do it via telephone, strangely the cancellation line was never answered, but we got through to the sales team within 2 rings, they were able to cancel too.
