cancelyourloan.co.uk

I have just been contacted by the company cancelyourloan.co.uk and have read all the info and terms and conditions. It all sounds too good to be true. Has anybody had any luck with this company or is there any info out there with regards to this.

Any info would be goo.

Thanks.

    Thats because it is.

The chances of having a loan made unenforceable (note: not written off or cancelled) is in the single digits. The claims companies thought they were on to something with this a few years ago and many set up purely for this basis. However, since the December court cases and further OFT clarification, its become clear that you have little chance of success on most contracts. You would have to have a pretty significant error on the agreement for it to be made unenforceable. So, technically its possible but statistically very unlikely.

The now very low odds of being successful has seen most claims companies either stop dealing in that area or they have failed and gone into administration taking any up front fees paid with them. It seems only the dodgy ones are still active in trying to get people to sign up to this.

Couldn't have put it better myself.

The people that are still peddling this rubbish should be locked up in my opinion.

Was it a recorded call to your mobile asking you to dial a 2 to get through?

I had that one as well.

Looking at their website, Cancelyourloan say they use solicitors so cold calling is in breach of MOJ rules.
