Help finding non bling shoes

Help me! Getting married in 5 weeks, and don't have wedding shoes yet. The dress is a bit short, so I need around 3" heels, in cream or champagne colour, preferably sling backs. Everything I've found so far have so much diamonte cheap and tacky looking bling on them and I'd rather find something a bit more vintage classic as we're having a bit of a 40s/50s theme. Any suggestions greatly appreciated.

I've been looking at ballroom dance shoes, they are supposed to be more comfortable than most heels, plus they tend to look quite vintage.0
