i'm pretty sure the Halifax or the Abbey announced these recently - once they start to become mainstream across other lenders it's the solution for those in negative equity to be able to move and buy another property.Agreed that it's not 2007 levels, not by a million miles. Also enables people to downsize reducing their debt exposure. Enabling them to address the negative equity more easily.
Most lenders will entertain this idea on a case by case basis if the numbers stack up.0
