We have a 16GB iPade to give away to this Issue's competition winner.

The Pre-nuptial/Pre-civil partnership agreement is a popular document on the website www.householdlaw.com and is available at a discounted price to many client wo have access to the site as a benefit of their DAS policy.

The question for our competition is... how much does this document cost customers who do not have discounted access through a DAS policy?

a £29.99
b £59.99
c £99.99

Email your answer to issue@das.co.uk (no title given)

Found in a DAS supplement in Insurance Times magazine

    It's £29.99 guys
    30 years of comping = 0 wins.
    10 years of Lottery = £15.50.

I'm sorry for anything I did wrong in a previous life. But, please let me win an iPad. :)

Sorry, I tried to put a smiley by £29.99 but done something wrong.

I will get it right one of these days :o
  • If this involves actually signing up for anything with DAS, then i would just save your money and buy one.

DAS have a habit of not paying on valid claims, they even believe themselves to be above the rulings of the financial services ombudsman. How do i know this? Because they owe me almost £8,000 in legal expenses i've had to pay out despite having cover with DAS. I complained to the FSA who gave a direction against DAS but they still refuse to pay. My only option now is to issue litigation against DAS for full recovery. This is hardly something i do lightly as obviously i'm already fighting another legal battle that DAS SHOULD be funding.

Shocking company who everyone should stay well away from.
