Restons issued a CO before my court date

Confused...I am due in my local court September 3rd after doing a re-determination-however yesterday I got a Restriction CO saying it has all been done and dusted in court-er hello?

weird as I have a hearing in place to attend like I said September.....can they do this without telling me a change of date?

Do I still pay monthly payments of what I was on DMP or is it all on property confused?

That is odd, as it is the court that has to decide upon this.

I don't know much about it so try PMing 10past6. Who let you know a CO had been granted?

Courts issue charging orders not DCAs.

What sort of order have you asked to be re-determined? A normal CCJ or a judegement to pay forthwith?

It is quite possible that latter would be issued with an interim Charging Order. So does the paperwork refer to an interim CO or a final CO?
