We've just bought one from the Sony Shop - reduced to £34.99 - it's brill - even has a remote !:) Details here

You'd be better getting an 8'' frame because the pictures will be more symmetrical. The only one I can find in your price range is this one from Amazon which costs £30 including delivery.
