Sorry Mac you snuck in there....he's managed to find a flat...he just needs some furniture then he can move in.Its all quite complicated

It never rains eh?.....Hope it doesn't affect your stress levels too much and you can concentrate on you for now :)

It must be nice to see your little granddaughter, but I know what you mean about hard work. I was at my Mum's the other day and she had my nephew - he's 18 months and goes like a rocket! She was on her knees by the end of the day and I was delighted when I could ask DD to go to the toilet and put her coat on herself.
No more babies for me! :D

Hope your DS can get some bits together to make a home, I'm sure it'll all fall into place for him x

i worry that I'll lose her as it's very rare for fathers to win their kids..no matter how bad the mother is but will enjoy her now..just wish I had energy to spend more time with her.

I hope your son gets his place furnished. Shouldn't you be resting after the day you have had?!? Take care of yourself and take it easy!

    Afternoon all...hope you're all ok...
not a lot going on in my world except chilling out
checked bank accounts and all ok....halifax gone loopy and have upped me overdraft loads and offered me a £25k loan ..ha ha ha....as if I want anything off them after the grief they caused me ....from what they've put on there today I gather the feeds that they get from credit reference agencies show that we have no debts except mortgage plus I've got that amount near enough in savings.
the overdraft that they've increased enormously which I never use with them due to their high daily charges maybe because they'd like me to use them for main account but only use them now for savings rates....perhaps they are trying to match my A+l one of £2k but the most i pay for that is £5P/M or 50ppp/d if less than 10 days.

Anyway another £12 in savings today..not much but every little helps

    Ha, bleep to the Hellifax!

I do feel for you Taxi, worrying about your little granddaughter. I guess you've got to show that the little one would not only be getting a daddy, but a family, including a cousin or so ... still, you have to look after you too, thats crucial. Hope you're enjoying the chilling, I know you're so active you find it hard sometimes.

Glad to hear you are chillin', Taxi , but tell me, can a bank tell roughly how much you have in savings in other banks? I thought they could only tell that a credit check has been done to open an account, if that were the case? Or am I horribly mistaken and they can tell more than I thought? Or is it just that you save with them, so they know through their internal report system?

So many questions...you won't be chilled for much longer! ;)
