    I kind of know what you mean - and I haven't been stuck in nearly as long as you - its starting to be in the past tho, so bit by bit, like you say, you can grow your stamina and see where you can get to.

    Hi KC and everyone else..hope you're all ok.

    Have been out and about today...been to the bank,savers,health food shop which was useless then on to Booths to get some shopping.

    Not been back long and have a couple of trays of veg roasting now...will use some of them with cous cous and left over chicken for tea and will decide what to do with the leftovers tomorrow.

    Need a sit down now for half hour as my back is really sore.

    Thats a great amount of stuff done (tho I'm sorry the health food shop was useless - once you know a bit, you often find that about health food shops....).

    I'm not surprised your back is killing you, but you did great!

    Really pleased you're feeling like you have a little more energy. Ouch to the poorly back though. Haven't posted for a few days, came back on yesterday or was it day before that??? and can't work out head nor tail some of these posts but sounds like you had fun, lots of smileys anyway so just assuming :)
    Went to pick up DS on Friday evening from a party. Was 2am ish and the birds were singing. Spring is around the corner Taxi :j

    Thanks everyone it does ease off once I rest it for a while....I've been out most of the evening as I popped down to DSs house to look at 4 different walls...he lives on the same street as me only 13 doors away..lol..was nice to have a brew and a natter.

    Don't worry about the mad posts Dizzie was just a crazy poster..lol....it'll be nice when spring comes if it warms up and lighter nights will be nice.

    yes definitely getting there with pottering but don't think back will get much better until I lose a lot more weight.
