Good news that your friend doesn't need chemo Hypno but will she be having rads?

No 13 done and now only 2 to go....yahoo

Went to bank and Toys R Us before Rads....they didn't have what I went in for so came home and ordered it off Amazon...it'll supposedly arrive the day after his birthday....which is monday but his mum says shes not doing his birthday until wednesday anyway...good job he doesn't realise yet.
He wants that wii dance 2 and haven't the energy to traipse around for it...toys r us in Preston ran out at end of November and didn't know when they'd get it back in again...it was busy in there as well but I knew what I was going for so was really good...usually can't stopwhen I go in there and end up spending loads on him..lol

Hiya Taxi, if that's "Just Dance 2" - he'll love it. We've been rolling around laughing at our 2 dancing to that one!

that's the one...lol...he loves dancing...you'd roll about the floor when he starts break dancing.He's music mad...his mum will do it with him so that should be hilarious.All good fun for him and great if it uses up his energy.

No rads for my friend either - at the mo, at least! They will obviously monitor her closely over the next few weeks/months and if anything changes, they will be ready. What was concerning, though, was that she had recently had a mammogram, and the particular type of cancer she had doesn't show on them :eek: No lump or anything - it was only because she spotted a change in her nipple that she went to the docs, and apparently the cancer had been there for some time, long before her mammogram! So, she really is so lucky with the news she has received.

Am glad your friend is ok and doesn't have loads of treatment to go through.

14 out of 15 rads done...so last one tomorrow...

that's about it from me...not very interesting but new start in a couple of days

Tomorrow I am opening bottle of champagne to welcome in the new year - I will definitely raise a glass to you and the end of this very difficult treatment! Good luck tomorrow!
