Lego Starwars 2 scanned at £27.97 in Bridlington 20 minutes ago they did have the £27.97 SEL on display but no games I just asked for a copy of the game and was handed one. I handed over the card that I forgot the pin on. to get out of the sale.

The price of Star Wars must have gone down to £27.97 this morning. I bought a copy at about 8:40 for £29.97. By 8:50 when I went to CS the price had gone down to £27.97. I still got R&R.

In another store I can confirm that the Silver PS2 + Star Wars the discount is still not coming off. CS would only give £20 but I complained and left my number, just got a call to come and I will get it for free. I had trouble finding a store with both game + PS2 in stock. Offer ends today!

Also the XBOX360 with FIFA and Test Drive does knock the £20 off, so no good even though it does have white stickers.

I have found a new one - selection boxes on 2 for £4 - including a cars one, a cadburys one, Mars and friends and maltesers and friends. There is a yellow SEL listing all of these on the 2 for £4 offer. However, if you include the maltesers and friends one in your selection - the discount doesn't come off. The clue here was that the SEL for the Maltesers and Friends selection box was not yellow, but all the rest were. However, as the yellow offer sign listed the maltesers one in the offer full R&R was given. Go get them!!!


worked for me today, however, only the 2 maltesers scanned through incorrecty.

So many meat misprices around, I don't know if this one has been posted already:

(On an end aisle) 'Tulip' Smoked bacon back rashers are on BOGOF. The offer works, but the smoked rashers have a separate SEL @ £2.79 each (and the unsmoked are £2.89 each). Pick up the smoked ones, they scan at £2.89 (then BOGOF works but you can still get R&R for the 10p misprice).

In Tesco language, it seems a meat BOGOF = buy them, get them both free!

Ladies and Gentlemen,

Not wishing to start the whole psp /xbox problem again but........................ :-)

Today There was r&r on a WHITE psp and the game of the week (Gangs of London) poster was correct for this week Game was correct(gotw) and PSP was a console.....- but if bought with a WHITE psp the discount is not coming off.
Manager said "if you bought the black one the discount comes off" are you sure you require the white one ...:-). Full r&r.

Hope someone else manages it before the systems updates to act correctly.

The bigger joints are on special £6.29 Kg but the smaller joints are not, they are £7.29Kg.
The labels on the pack are exactly the same. The SEL for the smaller joints says "with basting fat" but it does not say it on the pack. Bought 5 packs and told cs that I had got them from section with the larger joints, she pointed out that they had been mixed up but could understand my confusion as the packaging is the same. My friend also did this in the Burton on Trent store and they let him take 10 packs but they asked why he was buying so many when he could clearly see that they were "overpriced" he just played stupid and said that he assumed their tills would take off the discount.

I also popped into Tesco Express in Moira and picked up 5 packs of value mince. Pack 75p - SEL 63p. Full R&R including the bottle of lucozade I had bought.

Have you ever heard such nonsense, a healthy living sausage!

Anyway, was a white lable "two for £2.50" job. Got charged about 40p more for my trouble. Luckily tesco have this nice R&R policy that meant that they were certainly healthy on the wallet.

Eat well fellow R&R'ers.

PS if someone enjoys this meals of healthy bangers that much that they would like to walk me through the whole 360/PSP thing would be appreciated.

Out of date Offer left up 13/9 - from Western Avenue and Penarth!

Wkd Red alcohopop label in many places left up 2 for £4.50 but scanned £2.98 each. r&r on 6 bottles at 4 different stores!!
