advice needed on 35000 loan

hi i am wondering if anyone has any advice I would like to buy a house/condo in thailand (phuket ) and need 35000 pounds would i be better getting a personal loan or a mortage as i do not know if i can get a mortage to buy in thailand as i have quite big mortage for house here any advice would be appreciated ie loan providers etc (I can afford to pay back about 500 a month and also would like to make overpaymnets
