First Active Mortgage > Do You Have One ?

If you have one on the 5 year base rate tracker ending around now, please reply so that I can ask the next question regarding future rates.

First Active mortgage here, but we're currently on their SVR of 1.6%, after coming off a 2-yr fixed at 5.8% last September.

Currently paying £270/month less than we were on the fixed.... so are saving it with Northern Rock @ 5% in a regular monthly saver account.

Thanks for the reply but the mortgage I am querying is the BR tracker.

Had a five year base rate tracker which ended on 30th June. New rate 1.49%

Thanks for that. Key facts suggested it should go to that but wasn't 100% sure. When did they write to you to inform you of new rate?
