Debt Free Direct and whats the difference between an IVA and a debt Management plan? Also it the norm to pay out 375 pound up front. Thanks in advance x

Ifd you are looking for a debt solution go to CCCS.co.uk or payplan.co.uk
do not pay someone for the privilege of dealing with your debt, there are too many companies doing this.Proud to be me, proud to be who I am!!0 -
They're just cashing in on your misfortune.
BTW a DMP is a more informal agreement but is essentially the same as an IVA but not legally enforceable.[strike]-£20,000[/strike] 0!0 -

I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.
