Debt Free Direct and whats the difference between an IVA and a debt Management plan? Also it the norm to pay out 375 pound up front. Thanks in advance x

    Are you going to get out of debt by paying some £375? NO

    Ifd you are looking for a debt solution go to CCCS.co.uk or payplan.co.uk

    do not pay someone for the privilege of dealing with your debt, there are too many companies doing this.

    They're just cashing in on your misfortune.

    BTW a DMP is a more informal agreement but is essentially the same as an IVA but not legally enforceable.

    For some good free advice talk to PAYPLAN, CCCS or CAB they are charities and their advice is free. Follow the links at the top of page.

    Debt Free Direct = crap channel 5 adverts during daytime tv to fool entice people to call. Avoid. If only to stop more ads.
