Do Costco do passport photos?

My boyfriend needs a set of passport photos. It seems the passport office have become really fussy as I took some pics of him against a white background then sent them off. They got rejected for being too dark!
We are going to Costco this week. Anyone know if they do passport photos & what the process is? Do they have the camera and take pics of you or do you have to take the pics & they print them out?
It's getting the brightness correct which is causing me problems, not the taking with a digital camera then printing them out!

They definately do passport photos at the Thurrock Costco as that's where I had mine done. They take a picture of you with their own digital camera.0

Costco take the photo for you,
all ready to collect usually within 1/2hour,
think the cost is about £1.69 for 6 photos

yeah coctco do take passport pictures okor do a search 4 free passport pictute on the net u might just get lucky cus that wot i did last time and it worked0

Costco seems a good deal for passport photos as I got some done this weekend and for 4 they were £3.30 in both Boots and Woolworths !"The time is always right to do what is right"0

yes costco do passport pics, i got 4 lots done for my kiddies passports but the passport office rejected one of them so i had to go back and get them re-done (no extra cost)0
